Software solutions
Solution design, delivery coordination and technical support built around how a client's business actually works.
ACN 654 032 890 Sydney, NSW, Australia
We build and support the software, systems and day-to-day operations that Australian enterprises run on. We are extending that same work to the compute, deployment and governance an enterprise needs to put AI into production.
ITSAFETY works with small and medium-sized businesses. Our aim is to help them use AI to improve productivity, and to get the AI infrastructure they need in place faster — building on the software, integration and support work we already deliver.
Solution design, delivery coordination and technical support built around how a client's business actually works.
Bringing software, network and infrastructure together into an environment that runs and can be maintained.
Ongoing technical support, incident response and operational coordination for existing enterprise clients.
A defined piece of work — a new system, an integration or an upgrade — scoped, quoted and delivered against agreed milestones.
A support agreement covering day-to-day IT operations, incident response and maintenance, with the response times below.
Reviewing current systems, planning upgrades and designing solutions before any build begins.
| Priority | Example | First response |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | System down, no workaround | 1 business hour |
| High | A major function is impaired | 4 business hours |
| Normal | Questions and minor issues | Next business day |
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Sydney time, excluding NSW public holidays. Response times apply to clients with a support agreement. Log requests at business@itsafety.com.au; for critical issues, also call +61 424 123 631.
When an enterprise adopts large language models, generative content or intelligent automation, model capability is only part of the problem. It also needs steady compute, a clear boundary around how data is handled, and someone to keep the thing running. That is the work we already do — applied to a new class of workload.
Everything in this section is planned. It proceeds on confirmed client requirements, budget, supply and compliance approval.
Our direction is AI-ready infrastructure support for enterprise clients: once requirements, budget, supply and compliance conditions are settled, a capability that runs from workload assessment through to deployment and daily operations. Every AI capability below is conditional on a real project and a signed contract.
Identify the real compute demand behind model training, inference, content generation or data processing.
Plan the deployment once colocation, network, security and data-handling boundaries are confirmed.
Software integration, infrastructure configuration and runtime support for the client's AI applications.
Access control, runtime monitoring, log retention and the working routines that keep a service accountable.
| Item | Current position |
|---|---|
| GPU platform | NVIDIA B300 is one of the platforms under evaluation. |
| Primary workloads | LLM fine-tuning and inference, multi-modal generation, real-time and batch AI applications. |
| Deployment model | Proceeds once colocation, network conditions and formal project requirements are confirmed. |
| Data handling | Governed by the client's data-handling requirements, applicable law and the terms of contract. |
No GPU hardware has been purchased to date. Final model, quantity, deployment location and timing will be decided on actual client workloads, supply availability, cost budget, hosting facility conditions and the outcome of compliance approval.
Clients who need models and applications connected securely to existing information systems, and kept running afterwards.
Clients with defined requirements on where data is processed, who may access it, and what delivery records are kept.
Teams with continuous inference, content generation or data processing demand that needs infrastructure behind it.
Clients moving from proof of concept into real deployment, where software, integration and compute have to arrive together.
Define the AI service scope, representative workloads and resource requirements.
Once a formal engagement is confirmed, settle colocation, network, security and operating conditions.
With approvals, contracts and supply conditions met, build the infrastructure and bring services online.
Monitor, support and keep improving the services that are running.
Company details, purchases, facilities and client projects rest on actual documents, contracts and records.
Platform and scale follow real business need, approval and supply — in stages, not in advance.
Defined boundaries between client, provider, equipment supplier and facility partner at every stage.
Before investing in AI compute, a small or medium business needs a clear view of its workloads, its data-handling obligations and its budget. We outline a staged approach: assess the workload, plan the resources, deploy, then operate.
Slow systems, frequent outages, unsupported software and a growing backlog of security patches are often the first signs that infrastructure has fallen behind the business. We look at the common warning signs and how to decide what to fix first.
These roles are tied to the planned AI infrastructure build. Hiring moves in step with the phases above.
We are hiring engineers to build and operate GPU infrastructure in Sydney. Three roles are open. Each expands.
